The concep of PP has its roots in the instinct we can derive from the notion of putting the thoughts before the action regarding the natural resoures existing in various capacity as a locale specific crticial resource. As a tool PP should appraise very strongly and accept and develop the guidelines with TEK and Indigenous wisdom as a major measurable inidcator and guideline factor. This surprisingly has been fairly ignored and grossly negelected by the scientific world which has made our modern decision making skills more unfortuate regarding our own capacity to understand and take action for NR. What PP intiative should do is to put forward a global perspective of how TEK or Indigenius wisdom for ages has nurtured the resources while exploiting it too and how earth as a chapter is read by the indigenous communities for developing their own precautionary tools for ages since their ancestors have evolved and surpisingly sustained them too in this modern catastrophic changing world. PP would loose its color if the respect for such knowledge and developing tools though them acknowledgin such fabric of communities is not taken into consideration as its high time to bring forward such perceptions for our own learning and deep reverence for their resource base of learnings for further developing toold and indicators nationa wise on locale specific issues and crisis.
