Your eConference couldn't have come at a more opportune time: Utilization of precautionary management principles is the main focus of testimony I am drafting for presentation to the Pacific Fisheries Management Council next week. Thanks to the organizers and participants, OWN will be in a much better position to respond any questions the Council may put to us. The preceeding is a statement of my personal opinion.
