I agree that haste is the path to environmental damages and injustice but still we have to consider the situation of many countries where indigenous groups and minorities are simply not considered. What I am saying is that we might want to search an alternative path to garantee an effective and real participation of all the stakeholders avoiding the risk of political misuses of the pprinciple.
