Good Afternoon and thank you for organizing this e-conference. I feel that the draft should stress more the following points: 1) Definition of biodiversity (habitat – genetic – species). 2) Precautionary principle as a tool for developing country to avoid loosing bargain power toward more developed ones. 3) Boundless concept of risk to increase the effectiveness of the pprinciple. In other words what is scientifically considered a risk in a country should also be considered a risk in all the others. I also have a doubt about point n. 8 of the Draft. Don’t you think that this process will take too much time? and, Don’t you think that this point might not be accepted by many countries characterized by highly centralized government?
